Spiritual direction is a practice that offers space to explore your relationship with God, the Holy, the sacred, or the deepest dimensions of your spiritual life. A spiritual director listens with you as you reflect on your experiences, questions, hopes, and struggles, helping you notice where the sacred may be present and active in your life.

Spiritual direction can be meaningful for people at many points in their spiritual journey—whether they are seeking greater clarity, experiencing a transition, wrestling with questions of faith, or simply longing to pay closer attention to what is unfolding within and around them.
