Liz Turnwald is a Tutor Chaplain and the Assistant Director for Tutor Engagement at EVkids, Inc., a youth education nonprofit based in Dorchester, MA. She is grateful to engage her interests in interfaith and intergenerational collaboration as a member of the Sacred Threads Board. Liz earned a Master of Divinity from Boston College’s School of Theology and Ministry and a BA in Music and Spanish from the University of Dayton. Impelled by the transformative power of compassion and personal growth, she is currently pursuing certification as a teacher of the Narrative Enneagram. Originally from northwestern Ohio, she is now a proud Boston transplant who spends her free time exploring New England’s many hiking locales, dabbling in liturgical music ministry, and taking in a film or two at the Somerville Theatre.
